Rental terms

Drivers

Renters must be at least 21, hold a valid driver's license, and be the person named on the booking. Only the approved driver may operate the vehicle.

Payment & cancellation

Bookings are confirmed after payment and ID approval. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Fuel, cleanliness & smoking

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level and in similar condition. No smoking or vaping; cleaning fees apply.

Late returns

Returns more than 1 hour late are charged an additional day.

Tolls & tickets

Renter is responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during the rental, plus an administrative fee.

Damage & insurance

Renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. Proof of personal auto insurance may be required.

Prohibited use

No rideshare/delivery driving, racing, towing, off-road use, or travel outside Florida without written approval.
